IconInvader is specifically designed for the following purpose:
1. replace the standard icon of a folder to any other icon.
2. replace various Windows Shell icons.
3. search and extract icons from various files(*.ico, *.exe, *.dll, *.ocx, *.scr, *.drv, ...).
4. export icons to an icon file or to a folder.
